First Clearpay Purchase £20 off Promo Terms & Conditions

This promotion is supplied by Clearpay Finance Limited (company number 05198026) of 101 New Cavendish Street, London, W1W 6XH (“Clearpay”) and these terms and conditions apply to your use of the promotion.

This Clearpay promotion (“Promo”) will run for 7 days from the time you received the first Promo email unless otherwise determined by Clearpay (“Promotional Period”). 

• Clearpay customers who have purchased with their Clearpay account (at any retailer) before are not eligible for this Clearpay Promo.
• This Promo is only open to UK residents, excluding Northern Ireland, aged 18 years or over and all purchases are subject to the Clearpay Terms of Service.
• Eligible customers can add their £10 discount promotional credit when they make their first Clearpay purchase of £20 or more online or in-store.
• Once added, by following the instructions detailed in the email, Clearpay Promo will be automatically applied to the Clearpay online/in-store purchases of eligible customers.
• The promotional credit will be applied to the total original purchase value as displayed by the retailer (including tax, shipping costs) to reduce the value of your four payments equally. 
• Customers will then follow the same process for their second £10 off 
• The promotional credit is a limited time offer available at participating retailers.
• Clearpay reserve the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice to you. If you have received the promotional code (directly or indirectly) from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
• This promotional offer will not be reflected in the retailer order confirmation, please refer to your Clearpay order confirmation.
• Promotional credit is available by invitation only, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be resold. 
• Promotional credit cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the Promotional Period. 
• Each Clearpay Promo is limited to one per order, per customer and account.
• Each Clearpay Promo may not be applied to pre-order items or any cross-border transactions and may not be combined with any other Clearpay promotion.
• Where the voucher is used for any subscription or other recurring payment product, it will only apply to the initial Clearpay purchase of the subscription or recurring payment product. Voucher will not apply to any subsequently recurring payment or automatic renewal purchase with Clearpay.
• Each Clearpay Promo applies only to qualifying items.
• If any of the products related to the Promo are returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount you actually paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies.
• If you breach any of these Promo terms or Clearpay’s Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any credit under this Promo. This Promo will be governed by English law.
