Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

The Clearpay promotion (“Promo”) will run from 29/9/23 at [0:01 BST] to 3/10/23 at [00:01 BST] (“Promotional Period”).

This Promo is supplied by Clearpay Finance Limited (company number 05198026) of 101 Cavendish Street, London, W1W 6XH (“Clearpay”) and Prezzee UK Limited (company number 12851966) of 49 Greek Street, London, W1D 4EG (“Prezzee”) and these terms and conditions apply to your use of the Promo.

• This Promo is only open to UK residents, excluding Northern Ireland, aged 18 years or over and all purchases are subject to the Clearpay Terms of Service.
• The first [160] eligible Customers who complete a purchase of a £50 the Body Shop eGift Card with Clearpay during the Promotional Period will receive a £55 the Body Shop eGift Card. 
• The first [2000] eligible Customers who complete a purchase of a £50 Molton Brown eGift Card with Clearpay during the Promotional Period will receive a  £55 Molton Brown eGift Card. 
• The first [1000] eligible Customers who complete a purchase of a £50 Prezzee smart card eGift Card with Clearpay during the Promotional Period will receive a bonus £10 Prezzee Smart card eGift Card (“Bonus eGift Card”). 
• eGift Cards, and if applicable Bonus eGift Cards, will automatically be sent to the Customer’s email address used when making the purchase within 3 working days  of the purchase date.
• Clearpay or Prezzee reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promo at any time without prior notice to you. 
• Each Clearpay Promo is limited to one per order, per customer and account.
• Each Clearpay Promo may not be combined with any other Clearpay promotion.
• eGift Cards and Bonus eGift Cards are  non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be resold.
• The eGift Cards and/or Bonus eGiftCards cannot be applied to purchases made before the Promotional Period.
• If any of the products purchased using the eGift Card and/or Bonus eGift Card are returned, this will be subject to the applicable retailers refund policies.
• If you breach any of these Promo terms or Clearpay’s Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for the additional financial contributions to the eGift Cards and/or Bonus eGift Cards under this Promo. This Promo will be governed by English law.
