JD Sports and Clearpay Gift with Purchase Promotion Terms and Conditions:
The Clearpay/JD Sports promotion (“Promotion”) will be available from 9am on 15th March 2025 until 9pm on 16th March 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) at the Manchester Arndale, Manchester M4 3AQ (the “Shopping Centre”).
The Clearpay/JD Sports promotion (“Promotion”) will be available from 9am on 29th March 2025 until 9pm on 30th March 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) at the Birmingham Bullring Shopping Centre,Moor St, Birmingham B5 4BU (the “Shopping Centre”).
The promoter of the Promotion is Clearpay Finance Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 05198026, whose registered office is at 101 New Cavendish Street, London, England, W1W 6XH) (“Clearpay”). You agree by participating in the Promotion that the Promotion terms and conditions are in addition to any agreements between you and Clearpay including Clearpay’s Terms of Service and Clearpay’s Privacy Policy.
● During the Promotion Period, when you spend £50 or more using Clearpay’s Buy Now Pay Later product (“BNPL”) in the JD Sports store in the Shopping Centre, you will be entitled to a JD Sports voucher (“Voucher”) to the value of £10.
● You may claim your Voucher by showing proof of purchase at the Clearpay stand at the Shopping Centre during the Promotion Period. If you have not claimed your Voucher during the Promotion Period, your entitlement to the Voucher will automatically expire.
● Each individual may only claim one Voucher during the Promotion Period.
● The Promotion may not be combined with any other Clearpay promotion.
● Redemption of the Voucher will be dependent on the terms and conditions applicable to the Voucher, which are issued by JD Sports.
● Clearpay may modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without giving prior notice to you.
● These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any claim in relation to them, or the Promotion (including non-contractual claims) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later.
Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Clearpay's behalf.
