[1] The prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland), aged 18 years or over except employees of Clearpay Finance Limited (“Clearpay”), its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw.

[2] Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. 

[3] The Prize Draw starts on [29 April 2022] at [00:01AM] BST and ends on [1 May] at [11:59PM] BST (Promotional Period). Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

[4] You will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw when you make an online Clearpay purchase with a participating Clearpay merchant during the Promotional Period. The participating Clearpay merchants for the Prize Draw are identified here: [link]. [5] There is only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

[6] Clearpay accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

[7] The winner of the Prize Draw will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, by a random computer process. The draw will take place on or about 4 May 2022. 

[8] The winner will receive a cash prize of £5,000. 

[9] The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the end of the Promotional Period and the winner must provide their bank account details and other information requested by Clearpay to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to Clearpay within 48 hours of being notified by Clearpay, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Clearpay shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 48 hours or else they will also forfeit their prize).

[10] The prize will be paid to the winner’s bank account by Clearpay within 14 days of being notified of their win provided that a response has been received by Clearpay in accordance with clause 9.

[11] Clearpay may provide information about the winner and the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

[12] The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for other prizes.

[13] Clearpay retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

[14] The decision of Clearpay regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

[15] Clearpay shall use any personal data you supply to it as described in its privacy policy available at https://www.clearpay.co.uk/en-GB/privacy-policy and as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.

[16] Clearpay accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Clearpay for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

[17] Clearpay reserves the right at any time to modify, cancel, suspend, amend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. 

[18] Clearpay reserves the right to refuse entry or to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

[19] Clearpay shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. 

[20] The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
