- This competition (“Competition”) allows entrants the chance to win a £250 H Samuel Voucher. To be eligible to win, the entrant must be aged 18 years or over and a UK resident. Entrants into the Competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- The Competition is not open to any employees of Clearpay Finance Limited (“Clearpay”), its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Competition.
- To enter the Competition, you must follow the instructions specified in the Clearpay social media post. You will need to i) follow @hsamueljeweller’s and Clearpay’s Instagram accounts, ii) like the Competition post, and iii) comment using 3 emojis that best describes your mum. - Entrants may only enter the Competition once. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
- The opening date of the Competition is 6pm on 21.03.22 and the closing date of the Competition shall be 6pm on 22.03.22 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered. Clearpay accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
- The winner will be chosen from one of the entrants that has successfully completed all three tasks indicated in clause 3 above.
- The winner will receive a £250 H Samuel voucher. Please note, this voucher is subject to the retailer’s terms and conditions displayed on the voucher.
- The winner will be notified by direct message within 24 hours after the winning entry has been determined which will be performed following the Promotion Period. If a winner does not respond to Clearpay within 48 hours of being notified by Clearpay, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Clearpay shall be entitled to select another winner from all remaining eligible entries.
- The surname and county of the winner can be obtained by entrants after the closing date by emailing [email protected]. If you, as a winner, object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being made available to other entrants, please contact Clearpay by email. In such circumstances, Clearpay must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for other prizes.
- Clearpay retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
- The decision of Clearpay regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Clearpay shall use any personal data you supply to it as described in its privacy policy available at https://www.clearpay.co.uk/en-GB/privacy-policy. Clearpay shall use the personal data with regard to the announcement of the winner and as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.
- Clearpay accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Clearpay for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Clearpay reserves the right at any time to modify, cancel, suspend, amend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
- Clearpay reserves the right to refuse entry or to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
