The promotion (“Promo”) is a limited time offer available for online purchases, from 3rd May 2023 10am BST and will end 31st May 2023 11:59pm BST or when the first 500 redemptions have been made, whichever occurs earlier, unless otherwise determined by Clearpay.
This Promo is supplied by Clearpay Finance Limited (company number 05198026) of 101 New Cavendish Street, London, UK, W1W 6XH (“Clearpay”) and these terms and conditions apply to your use of the Promo.
- This promotion is only open to all Clearpay customers who are UK residents, aged 18 years or over and all purchases are subject to the Clearpay Terms of Service. Purchases must be made through the Clearpay app to be eligible
- Eligible customers will automatically receive a £10 promotional credit when they use Clearpay to make a purchase of £30 online at https://www.yoursclothing.co.uk/
- The Promo will be automatically applied to the online purchases of eligible customers when checking out through the Clearpay App.
- The promotional credit will be applied to the total original purchase value as displayed by the retailer (including tax, shipping costs) to reduce the value of your four payments equally.
- Clearpay reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice to you. If you received the promotional code (directly or indirectly) from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
- Promotional credit is available by invitation only, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be resold.
- Promotional credit cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the Promotional Period.
- Each Clearpay Promo is limited to one per order, per customer and account.

Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Clearpay's behalf.
