- The opening date of the Prize Draw is 00:01 GMT on 28 January 2022 and the closing date of the Prize Draw is 11:59 GMT on 1 February 2022 (“Prize Draw Period”). Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
- This Prize Draw is open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over who are, or become, “Mint”, “Diamond” or “Platinum” tier members of the Clearpay Pulse Rewards loyalty program during the Prize Draw Period. Employees of Clearpay, its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw, are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- To enter the Prize Draw you must be a Mint, Diamond or Platinum tier member of the Clearpay Pulse Rewards loyalty program and purchase a gift card of any value from a retailer using Clearpay during the Prize Draw Period. Clearpay purchases that are not gift cards will not qualify for the Prize Draw. Upon purchase of a gift card, you will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw.
- Only one entry per person will be made irrespective if you make more than one gift card purchase using Clearpay during the Prize Draw Period.
- Clearpay accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
- One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on 14 February 2022.
- The winner will receive a Clearpay gift card to the value of £1,000 and shall be sent by Clearpay to the winner via email.
- The winner will be notified by email on or before 28 February 2022 and the winner must provide their email and contact details to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Clearpay within 14 days of being notified by Clearpay, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Clearpay shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).
- The prize will be sent to the winner by Clearpay by email within 14 days of being notified of their win.
- The surname and county of the winner can be obtained by entrants after 13 March 2022 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Clearpay Customer Service, Clearpay Finance Limited, Spaces Suite 226, Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 5AN, UK. If you, as winner, object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being made available to other entrants, please contact Clearpay by email or post. In such circumstances, Clearpay must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for other prizes.
- The decision of Clearpay regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Clearpay shall use any personal data you supply to it as described in our Privacy Policy. Clearpay shall use the personal data with regard to the announcement of the winner and as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions. Clearpay purchases are subject to the Clearpay Terms of Service and the Clearpay UK Pulse Reward Program Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Clearpay Pulse Reward Program.
- Clearpay accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Clearpay for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Clearpay reserves the right at any time to modify, cancel, suspend, amend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
- Clearpay shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
- The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
