Will Clearpay decline in-store transactions if the minimum or maximum thresholds are not met? Are there other business rules where Clearpay may decline a transaction?

A customer may experience a decline message either when preparing for a purchase within the Clearpay App, or receive a decline message from the payment terminal in-store when attempting to make a purchase. For example, a decline may occur if the transaction amount is outside the preset minimum or maximum thresholds. Clearpay’s proprietary risk algorithms also apply to customers both online and offline.
