- The Clearpay promotion (“Promo”) will run from 3rd March at 9:00 GMT to 5th March 2022 at 11:59 GMT (“Promotional Period”).
- This Promo is supplied by Clearpay Finance Limited (company number 05198026) of 22 Long Acre, London, UK, WC2E 9LY (“Clearpay”) and these terms and conditions apply to your use of the Promo.
- This Promo is only open to new Clearpay customers who are UK residents, excluding Northern Ireland, aged 18 years or over and all purchases are subject to the Clearpay Terms of Service.
- Eligible customers will automatically receive a £10 promotional credit when they make a Clearpay purchase of £20 or more.
- The Clearpay Promo will be automatically applied to the Clearpay online / in-store purchases of eligible customers.
- The promotional credit will be applied to the total original purchase value as displayed by the retailer (including tax, shipping costs) to reduce the value of your four payments equally.
- The promotional credit is a limited time offer available at participating retailers.
- Clearpay reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice to you. If you received the promotional code (directly or indirectly) from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
- Promotional credit is available by invitation only, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be resold.
- Promotional credit cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the Promotional Period.
- Each Clearpay Promo is limited to one per order, per customer and account.
- Each Clearpay Promo may not be applied to pre-order items or any cross border transactions and may not be combined with any other Clearpay promotion.
- Where the voucher is used for any subscription or other recurring payment product, it will only apply to the initial Clearpay purchase of the subscription or recurring payment product. Voucher will not apply to any subsequent recurring payment or automatic renewal purchase with Clearpay.
- Each Clearpay Promo applies only to qualifying items.
- Promotional codes under this Promo will expire after 90 days of being issued to you.
- If any of the products related to an offer are returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount you actually paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies.
- If you breach any of these Promo terms or Clearpay’s Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any credit under this Promo. This Promo will be governed by English law.
