PULSE REWARDS GIFT CARD OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By participating in the Pulse rewards Gift Card offer ("Offer"), participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Promotional materials relating to the Offer, including all information on how to participate in the Offer, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
1. Offer
a. The first 250 consumers who complete a purchase of a £50 (GBP) The Entertainer or Argos eGift Card with Clearpay during the Offer Period will receive a bonus £5 (GBP) Clearpay eGift Card ("£5 Bonus Card").
b. The first 250 Consumers who complete a purchase of a £100 (GBP) The Entertainer or Argos eGift card with Clearpay during the Offer Period will receive a bonus £10 (GBP) Clearpay eGift Card ("£10 Bonus Card").
2. Promoters
The operators and organisers of this Offer are: Prezzee UK Limited of 212 Mappin House, 4 Winsley Street, London W1W 8HF (the "Promoter") and Clearpay Finance Limited of 101 New Cavendish Street, London, W1W 6XH (the "Co-Promoter").
4. Offer Period
The Offer will commence at 00:01 (UK time) on 9/12/22 and finish at [23:59] (UK time) on 15/12/22 or until the 250 £5 Bonus Cards and the 250 £10 Bonus Cards have been issued, whichever comes first ("Offer Period").
5. Eligibility
a. Residents of the United Kingdom with a Clearpay account aged 18+ only and part of pulse rewards programme.
b. Internet access and Clearpay account required.
c. Purchases must be made using Clearpay through either the Clearpay website (located at https://www.clearpay.co.uk/en-GB) or Clearpay mobile application during the Offer Period.
d. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
e. Participants may enter this Offer multiple times.
6. Bonus Cards
Bonus Cards will be automatically sent to the email address used with the eligible purchase of successful participants within 48 hours of the relevant purchase.
Bonus Cards are not redeemable for cash and there is no cash alternative available.
7. General
a. The Promoter and Co-Promoter reserve the right to withdraw or suspend this Offer at any time in the event of circumstances that are unforeseen or beyond its reasonable control (including suspected or actual fraudulent or misleading practices or other breaches of these Terms and Conditions).
b. Promoter's and Co-Promoter's decisions relating to the Offer are final and neither Promoter nor Co-Promoter will enter into any correspondence with participants.
c. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Offer should be directed to the Promoter through [email protected]
d. By participating in this Offer, participants agree to accept liability for any tax or duty due or payable as a result of qualifying for a Bonus Card.
e. Neither Promoter nor Co-Promoter (including their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents) shall be liable to participants for technical hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit their ability to participate in the Offer or for any loss, damage or disappointment of any kind suffered or incurred as a result of or in connection with participation in the Offer (including but not limited to the receipt, use, or misuse of any Bonus Card but excluding any death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Promoter or Co-Promoter).
f. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with this Offer or these Terms and Conditions. However, consumers who live in another part of the UK can bring legal proceedings in either the English courts or their local courts.
