To change your email address, follow these steps below:
Via the App:
Log in to your account.
Select the icon on the far right at the bottom of the screen to open My Clearpay.
Scroll down and select Profile details under the Account settings heading.
Select the email address field and enter your new email address.
Enter the verification codes that are sent to your new email address or phone number. All done!
Via the Clearpay website:
Log in to your account.
Select the Account tab in the top right hand side of the page.
Under the profile tab, select Edit next to your old email address.
Enter the verification codes that are sent to your new email address or phone number.
Re-log in using your new email address and current password. All done!
